I made this part of my site for anyone who’s ever felt heavy, misunderstood, tired, or unsure of how to feel better. I don’t have all the answers. But I’ve been through hard seasons too.

I’m not a therapist. I’m just a girl who cares, who’s learning how to breathe through the chaos, and who believes in healing — even when it doesn’t look pretty.
